You can cancel monthly autopay from Billing. Cancellation keeps access until the current trial or paid period ends. Annual purchases and report packs are one-time payments. Contact admin@kaushalstack.com with your invoice number for billing disputes or refund requests. Refund eligibility and service commitments require review before paid checkout opens.
